Mrs. Collins is dedicated to ongoing and continuing education. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis and began pursuit of a second Bachelor’s in accounting.  She completed her MBA (Master’s degree in Business Administration) from Webster University in December 2009.  Mrs. Collins brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Good Shepherd which is sure to result in the continued growth of the program.

Our Team

Our knowledgeable and professional staff also set us apart.  We only recruit teachers whose long term goals include a career in early care and education. Each employee must either have already obtained or be working towards an associate’s degree in early childhood education.  Upon accepting an offer of employment each staff member must sign a professional development plan that requires completion of a minimum of an associate’s degree within two years of employment. Further professional development is encouraged through attendance at workshops and training.

Our staff members are required to wear uniforms and maintain a neat and professional appearance.  They are evaluated on the level of service they provide to current and prospective customers.  Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior will be highly discouraged.  Our teachers are required to talk with, read to and exercise with the students daily.
